Food atmosphere and service were all over the top. Thoroughly enjoyed every aspect.At this restaurant and the food was perfection. We ate here a couple of times while on vacation.And it did not disappoint. Cannot strongly enough recommend. Stop by and enjoy this amazing venue. The bar downstairs has a different menu. That is equally wonderful. However, you can order off the upstairs menu, giving you a lot of variety.

Dining at Devil’s Pool was an incredible experience! The prime rib was out of this world—the best I’ve ever had. Every bite was perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. The location itself is stunning; after our meal, we drove around the property and were blown away by the beauty of the area. Our server, Kristen, really made the experience extra special. She was so friendly and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed and adding a warm touch to the evening. Devil’s Pool is a must-visit for anyone looking for a memorable meal in a beautiful setting. I’ll definitely be back!
Beautiful restaurant with view of waterfalls and rustic post and beam construction. The service was excellent, our server went out of her way to check on us multiple times. The food was great. The Elk, potato and kale soup was fantastic.
Prime rib was perfection and the ambiance is spectacular a must dining experience that you will not be disappointed.
We ended our Table Rock vacation with a dinner at Devil's Pool Restaurant loctaed at Big Cedar Lodge on Table Rock Lake. It's been years since I've had their prime rib, but I've always romanticized a bit about how delicious it was. Friends, it's better than I remember and still my favorite place to get a really fine roasted prime rib. A nice bark or crust on the cap, hint of Rosemary without being overpowering, nice little taste of the cracked black pepper and spices used when roasting. Its juat my favorite prime rib anywhere, bar none. The mashed potatoes were rich, decadent almost. Each bite was a little fresh string bean, little roasted carrot, little mashed potato with au jus...mmm-mmm ! Lynda's stuffed fried chicken was also a show stopper. Stuffed with ham, cheese then homestyle fried...OMG it was excellent! Moist chicken, packed with flavor and wonderfully crunchy fried. The apps were amazing as well. Spinach artichoke with pita chips, homemade fried ravioli with a fresh marinara and this decadent homemade cornbread topped with chunks of smoked pork belly, corn bits and a maple glaze... This was a meal that reminded why I've always loved Devil's Pool years ago: its from start to finish simply the best. Love the food omg we said omg mmm with every bite. Shared a meal and got overly stuffed. Had steak with au gratin potatoes brocoli he got asparagus and shrimp scampi with scallops n the best sauce for all dipping rhe potatoes steak n veggies lol mmm and shared a bottle of the big cedar lodge cab and their cheddar garlic biscuits n the lavash crackers omg. We will be returning! It's an intimate yet not very super fancy place. Decent prices and delish known food.
Loved the ambience and lodge feel of the restaurant from the moment we stepped inside. We started with the fried ravioli and marinara sauce which was delicious! My husband got the prime rib and I got the salmon and lemon risotto and both were cooked perfectly! They give nice, large servings too. Overall, we had a wonderful anniversary dinner and enjoyed a beautiful sunset from the outside deck. Hope to return soon!
